Well that’s my week on a plate! I keep my meals easy to make with only the freshest, local ingredients and extra tasty with lots of herbs and spices.
FIT TIP FROM LJC:
I look over my meals for the week on Sunday and write a list of everything I need. I pick up all the ingredients from my local farmers markets and that way I already have everything I need for the week.
