Dinner
My easy ‘go-to’ dinner at the moment is pan-fried salmon in coconut oil with a big massaged kale salad and a delicious tahini dressing (Tahini is my FAVOURITE) – yum, so fresh for summer!
I also LOVE to have a handful of fresh berries (blueberries, strawberries and raspberries) with a few tablespoons of natural organic yoghurt as my dessert at night. A sprinkle of cinnamon or spoonful of protein powder can turn your yoghurt into something that tastes too good to be healthy!
