Lunch
I’m not much of a ‘snacker’ I’m more of a 3 main meals girl.
My lunch and dinner consists of a palm size piece of lean meat, fish or poultry teamed with a big fresh salad or steamed veg with a yummy dressing (try one of the recipes from the Clean Eating Book). Quinoa, brown rice or sweet potato also make an appearance at most meals to keep my energy levels up.
