“What does Lorna Jane’s week on a plate looks like?” I can assure you right now, it does not include the dreaded “D” word. Yes, you guessed it “Diet”. But what it does include is some serious wholesome nourishing, and balanced meals. And some healthy treats here and there.
So, since we’re in week 3 of the LJ Fit Challenge I thought now was the perfect opportunity to share my nourishing rituals with you.
