Introducing our more-ish Choc Mousse Smoothie! You won’t want to swipe left on this magnesium rich treat, loaded full of good fats and energy boosting nutrients. Is it a dessert? Is it breakfast? We’ll let you be the judge!
The perfect breakfast, snack or dessert for all of the chocolate lovers in your life heart
Choc Mousse Smoothie
Serves 1.
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ avocado
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1 tablespoon cacao
- 1 teaspoon maca
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon yoghurt
- 300ml milk (we used hazelnut milk)
Garnish:
- 1 tablespoon cacao nibs
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
- 1 tablespoon cacao
Method:
- In a small bowl, mix the coconut oil and garnish cacao until smooth.
- Dip the top of your smoothie cup in the chocolate sauce / garnish, then roll in the cacao nibs.
- Place this in your fridge until you are ready to drink.
- Add all remaining ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into your smoothie cup and garnish with remaining chocolate sauce and cacao nibs.
