This delicious breakfast bowl is jam packed with fibre, vitamins, anti-oxidants, lipids and skin loving minerals (selenium, copper and zinc). And of course, it has gut loving pre and probiotics to keep your tummy happy and skin radiant!
Get Glowing Breakfast Smoothie Bowl
Serves 2
Ingredients
- 125g frozen blueberries
- 100g frozen, unsweetened Acai pulp, coarsely chopped
- 1 very ripe frozen banana, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup coconut kefir or natural yoghurt
- 2 tsp The Beauty Chef GLOW Inner Beauty Powder
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 2 tsp cacao nibs
Toppings
- 1 small ripe banana, peeled and sliced
- 6-10 fresh blueberries
- 2 tbs granola
- 1 tbs finely chopped pistachios
- 1 tbs goji berries
- 1 tsp bee pollen (optional. Not suitable for people with bee allergies)
- 1 tsp hemps seeds (optional)
Method
- Blend blueberries, Acai, banana, kefir/yoghurt and GLOW powder
- Add cinnamon, chia seeds and cacao nibs
- Blend until smooth and creamy
- Divide mixture between two wide, shallow bowls
- Add toppings
- Eat immediately
