The highlight of our culinary calendar is finally here… International Pancake Day (yes, a day of fluffy pancake devotion – drizzled with appreciation and savoured for a whole 24 hours)! We kicked off the morning by whipping up pancakes for the entire office (clean of course) and because we didn’t want you to miss out we rounded up 7 seriously salivate-worthy recipes from the blogosphere. From choc chia, to gluten free, adorned with fresh fruits and piled to create a leaning tower of pancake – we’ve got the best of the stack!
1. Gluten free coconut pancakes: Vegie Head
If you are someone who can’t tolerate many regular pancake recipes, these guys are a dietary requirement heaven. Dairy free, gluten free, wheat free and soy free. Ah, our classic tahini devotee, Jessica Cox. Nutritionist and all round rad foodie creates delectable pancakes weekly on her instagram. Seasonal, natural and nutritionist approved.
