Maple Cinnamon Overnight Oats
Overnight Oats are an ideal way to start the day. Easy to prep in advance (and in bulk!), filling, low GI and delicious – what more could you want?
Add your favourite toppings to mix it up.
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Mix in jar and leave overnight.
- Warm in saucepan for 2 minutes to make your delicious porridge.
- Garnish with your favourite toppings.
