Crunchy Cluster Crumble

We love dessert for breakfast, that’s why when we teamed up with our friends at Carman’s Kitchen, we couldn’t help but create a beautifully balanced breakfast crunchy cluster crumble… It’s the perfect start to your day with a great hit of fibre and protein. Need we say more? 

 

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 30 minutes

Serves: 6-8

Here’s what you’ll need:

 

 2 cups Carman’s Cruchy Clusters (Cranberry, Apple & Roasted Nut)

1/2 cup spelt flour

60 grams soft butter

6 white peaches

1 cup raspberries

2 tablespoon honey

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Here’s what to do:

 

Pulse Carman’s Cruchy Clusters (Cranberry, Apple & Roasted Nut), flour and butter in food processor until breadcrumb consistency

Layer white peaches and raspberries and top with crumble. Drizzle with honey. Bake 160C for 30 minutes. Cover with foil if cooking too quickly. Serve with natural yoghurt and fresh berries.
