Coco Choc Mint Collagen Smoothie
- 1 cup coconut milk (from carton not tin)
- 1 scoop Happy Way Cacao Mint Hemp Protein
- 1 scoop Lorna Jane x Happy Way Coconut Collagen
- 1 teaspoon cacao nibs
- 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
- 2 tablespoons coconut yogurt or flesh of young coconut
Mint to garnish
- Place all ingredients, except mint, in blender and process until smooth and creamy.
- Garnish with mint.
