There’s something about bircher muesli that gets us every time… It’s the one thing we could order over and over on the breakfast menu without getting sick of it, but every now and then it’s time to jazz it up! We teamed up with Carman’s to share this spin on our fit favourite with three fresh fruity flavours. Plus, we love the mason jars for a new look…
Here’s what you’ll need:
1 cup Carman’s Muesli – any flavour you like!
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup Chobani natural yoghurt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup blueberries or strawberries or 1 orange
1 teaspoon chia seeds
Here’s what to do:
Combine Carman’s Muesli, almond milk, yoghurt & vanilla in bowl.
Purée selected fruit and chia seeds together in blender.
Pour fruit purée into jar and layer soaked bircher muesli on top.
Garnish with fresh fruit and enjoy!
