With over 100 deliciously Nourishing recipes available at the tip of your fingers, why not invite your Sister’s of Support (SOS’s) over and challenge each other to an MNB style cook off? Each Sister can whip up a different dish, before sitting down and enjoying a beautiful dinner that’s totally MNB worthy! After all, a little bit of healthy competition never hurt anybody…
2.) Share the love
While the app will feed your mind and spirit with daily inspirational quotes and motivational messages you can feed the minds of your friends and family! For the first time, you’ll be able to share these mantras, quotes and MNB intensions with your Sisters through Facebook! 3.) Challenge yourself
