Complete 4 x Rounds
45 seconds on, 15 seconds rest
- Empty sled sprint – no weight, pushing as fast as possible!!
- Kettlebell swing – engage glutes & keep your core strong to support your back
- Wall balls – feel those shoulders burn!
- Walking lunges
- Ball slam to sprawl superset – go for 1:1
- Prisoner squat to inchworm superset – walk out those hands as far as possible
- Pike to opposite ankle tap
