Yep, our supercharged peanut butter and coffee protein smoothie (with chia crumble… yum) will give you both motivation and muscle. Peanut butter & coffee protein smoothie with chia crumble topping
What you need for smoothie:
- 1 frozen banana,
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
- 2 cups almond milk
- 2 tbsp of instant espresso coffee (or shot of fresh stuff)
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix. Add more almond milk to your desired consistency.
What you need for chia crumble topping:
- 1/2 cup cacao nibs
- 1/3 chia seeds
- 5 pitted dates
Method:
Mix ingredients in a food processor till they’re crumbly and sprinkle on top of smoothie. If you don’t have a processor, you can roughly chop into a crumble consistency.
