Cardio is hardio (amirite girls), and when it comes to working out, cardio is generally the day people dread the most! But it’s time to face those fears head on and change the way you view your sweat sesh, because just like going to the dentist and doing your tax return, it’s something that needs to be done (and I promise you it CAN be fun)! Our leading lady Lorna Jane Clarkson – AKA former Aerobics Instructor superstar knows a thing or two about how to put a pep in your step and make your workout something you actually look forward to.
