We love meditation. To us it’s the magic glue that holds everything together. It’s what gives us clarity, peace and perspective. You don’t have to be a seasoned meditator to begin; if you can breathe, you can meditate.
Often, we associate the term “fit” with stair runs, marathon finisher t-shirts or number of reps completed within a minute. While moving plays a big part in our health and fitness, an equally important part of health is training the mind, and taking the time to be still, and breathe.
We sat down with our everyday active girl Melissa Ambrosini to learn more about her meditation practice and why she makes it a priority to set aside time to meditate each day.
