We love practicing the art of yoga. The feeling of rolling out our yoga mat, stepping into the wonderful physical asanas (poses) and tuning into our breathing. It is the perfect move to wake up with and feel vibrant and energised for the day. It is also the ideal down time for those busy sporty sisters who have experienced a manic day at work. Yoga allows us to let it all go and surrender our racing thoughts to a state of calm and serenity.
