Chug on a big glass of filtered water, or two. Add some lemon juice for extra vitamin C and freshness.
Get your blood pumping
Go for a quick jog or brisk walk to wake yourself up, boost your energy, mood and circulation and bring a glow to those cheeks!
Wash your face with warm water and massage your face with your favourite gentle natural cleanser (so it doesn’t strip away your natural moisture levels). We love using organic, cold pressed coconut oil for additional hydration.
Rinse your face with cool water and pop cooled tea bags, fresh cucumber slices or the backs of cool metal spoons on your eyes for a couple of minutes to reduce dark circles and puffiness.
Keep heavy make-up to a minimum to avoid caking or dulling your natural glow. Opt for brightening concealers, light diffusing powder and/or a light brushing of eye widening mascara.
