Before we get started on the juicy details, there’s a little question that we want to bring to light…

“How on earth do I get back on track?”

The answer, believe it or not, is quite simple.

First up, all of your negative habits can be easily replaced with a bright new set of rituals. Don’t be fooled, this is no lemon detox diet or quick fix, The Active Living Project is a lifestyle transformation that will get you on the road to that healthy, active existence you’ve been longing for. Seriously, it can exist. We, the LJ sisterhood, are proof in the homemade chia puddin’.

The past year has been one wild ride. If you’ve read MORE, or have the 2014 Move Nourish Believe Diary in your hot little hands, you will know by now that we stop at nothing to help you reach your full potential. We’re in this together. No sister is left behind.

Whether you’re a seasoned MNB devotee or just getting started on your journey, we’re all about getting you to where you want to be. Join our close-knit community for a 4-week (and beyond) project that is all about YOU. Each week we will focus on a new pillar of healthy living, so you can really hone in on your active aspirations.

Week One… Believe: It all begins with believe. You can’t live a positive life with a negative mind. We will school you on the art of understanding your truths, whilst breaking down any barriers that are holding you back from your true potential.

Week Two… Nourish: To nourish is to flourish. We will teach you the sensible way of eating, and learn new ways to nourish your body from the inside out.  

Week Three… Move: Make moving something you love to do. Get ready to be inspired to move your body every day, and discover new ways to make it fun!

Week Four… The MNB Wrap Up: MNB powers combined! The Active Living Project is all about helping you unlock your inner greatness and make MNB a part of your everyday routine.

Because, let’s face it, we only have one life, one body, so let’s make the most out of each and every day. Sweat a little, laugh a lot and put your heart and soul into making this a way of life… your life.
