Michelle Nielsen

Michelle Nielsen is a fun-loving foodie who learnt the importance of healthy eating and an active lifestyle from an early age. After completing a Bachelor of Nutrition she developed a strong passion for nutrition education but realised that simply telling people what to have on their plate was not enough. Her true passion lies in teaching people how to prepare healthy foods and how to cook delicious meals that will nourish their body from the inside out.

She hopes to educate, motivate and empower many more to Move Nourish and Believe. If Michelle isn’t in the kitchen whipping up some delectable treats, you’ll most likely find her wandering around the local organic farmers markets or hands deep immersed in her herb and veggie garden.
