Introducing your Cardio Trainer… Belinda Norton!
How long have you been a trainer?
I have been a trainer since 1998 however have worked specifically with children and women for the past 14 years.
What inspired you to become a trainer?
I became a trainer and more recently put full focus onto helping Mum’s help their children. I see and work with children daily and have seen the vast decline in their health and physical fitness – the only way to truly fix this is at home first and this is where the Mum role is so important.
What do you love most about what you do?
I love seeing the true happiness and self confidence build with every session. All of our bodies are unique and not one is the same – nor should they be.
It’s so important to speak to our children about this and be the best role model for health for their future and for ours.
What excites you the most about the Active Living Program?
It’s available to anyone to have a go, and this is a great thing for health in our world. Especially for our children.

Go to motivation: (how do you stay motivated when times are tough)
Music and a training session with friends.
How do you Move?
Run, HITT, bike, gym, swim and yoga.
How do you Nourish?
I eat wholesome foods all day everyday.
How do you Believe?
I find peace and positivity in simple things and always spin the bad into the good! Never fight the flow it is the only way to go… b. x
