To help inspire and motivate everyone to get moving, we have a fantastic workout from one of the best in the biz (and one of our favourite people!) Chontel Duncan from HIIT Australia.
Chontel really put us through our paces and boy did we feel it!
This session is broken down into a 5 minute warm up followed by 4 x 5 minute workouts. You have 5 minutes to complete each workout. If you have time left before you start the next workout (i.e. you finish all rounds in less than 5 minutes) you’re to hold a plank or squat for the remaining time ????
WARM UP
- Star jumps
- Crawl out into push up
- Squats
WORKOUT 1
You have 5mins to complete 4 rounds
- 20 single knees each side
- 10 burpees
WORKOUT 2
You have 5mins to complete 4 rounds
- 10 push-ups
- 20 shoulder taps
- 30 mountain climbers
WORKOUT 3
You have 5mins to complete 4 rounds
- 20 jumping lunges
- 20 pop squats
- 10 jump overs
WORKOUT 4
You have 5mins to complete 4 rounds
- 50 bicycles
- 50 crunches
- 40 bicycles
- 40 crunches
- 30 bicycles
- 30 crunches
- 20 bicycles
- 20 crunches
- 10 bicycles
- 10 crunches
- Hold a plank when finished
STRETCH
5 minutes of stretching … which will feel amazing after this!!
