These are the base ingredients. We have added a few more ingredient options in the list below. All methods work – trust us we’ve tried the lot. Add a sprinkle of cacao nibs if you like a little bit of crunch with your smoothies.
Our Signature Espresso Banana Smoothie
Total Time: 5 minutes
Servings: Serves 1
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup of almond mylk (or mil of choice)
- 2 tbsp. oats
- 1 tbsp. peanut butter
- A shot of espresso (you can add more if you like it stronger)
- 1 cup of ice
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. chia seeds
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1 tsp. cacao nibs (to sprinkle on top)
- Add all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
