On Saturdays I like to indulge a little. I’m loving cauliflower based pizzas topped with veggies, chicken and pesto. We always team this with a big salad. A ‘naughty’ meal made healthy and oh so tasty!
Having a bit of a sweet tooth I also like to enjoy a small piece of homemade raw cake with vanilla bean labneh (strained yoghurt) or coconut yoghurt for dessert. No deprivation in this household, just moderation!
