Savoury Breakfast Bowl
Our Savoury Breakfast Bowl is a delicious way to start the day. Packed with protein, good fats, nutrients and gut friendly sauerkraut, you’ll be full of energy and ready for an awesome day.
You can also prep in bulk for a grab and go meal for weekday mornings.
- 2 boiled eggs (non vegan)
- 100 grams cooked quinoa (vegan)
- Handful spinach/kale
- ½ carrot, grated
- 3 cherry tomatoes
- 1 tablespoons sauerkraut
- ¼ avocado
- Place a pot of water on stove and bring to boil.
- Add 2 eggs and cook for 5 minutes.
- Place in iced water for 5 minutes.
- Peel eggs and place in bowl with grated carrot, sliced avocado, spinach, tomatoes and sauerkraut.
Method – Vegan Version:
- Cook quinoa to packet directions.
- Place in bowl with grated carrot, spinach, cherry tomatoes, sauerkraut and sliced avocado.
