4-Ingredient Chicken Dippers
PREP TIME: 5 MINUTES
COOKING TIME: 12 MINUTES
400 grams chicken breast, cut into slices
½ cup quinoa
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
Preheat the oven to 180C, and line 1 baking tray. In separate tray, pour in the quinoa, yeast and paprika and mix until combined. Place in the chicken strips and coat evenly in mixture, transferring them to the lined tray once coated. Once all strips have been coated, place in the oven and cook for 12 minutes, or until chicken is cooked. Remove from oven to lightly cool, season and serve with your favourite dipping sauce.
