Your 4 week Active Living Challenge: Free Lorna Jane Boot Camps!


For our fit friends down under, we’re going for round 2 of our free Lorna Jane Boot Camps so you can live active all month long. That’s right. Be prepared to squat, burpee and lunge your way to a healthy, fit body and extra endurance to boot.

Join us for Boot Camp every Saturday morning at 6.30-7.30am. Learn more and find the nearest location via our events page. 

If you’re not near any of these spots, don’t worry, here is a quick and effective workout provided to us by the fully qualified trainers at Booty Camp! 

The Hot 100: 30 minute Cardio Blaster  

Warm Up & Stretch

Note: Do each exercise continuously for 100 secs then run for approx. 2 mins between each.

  • Push-ups
  • Crunches
  • Plank
  • Squats
  • Left Leg Lunge
  • Right Leg Lunge
  • Mountain Climbers
  • Butt Kicks
  • High Knees 

Repeat if time allows.

Cool down and stretch.
