2 Supercharged Workouts – Leg Day & Cardio Fire Up!

 

 

 

Your bonus workouts on the Active Living Program this week are demonstrated by the incredible Alexa Towersey.

 

You start with leg day (because friends don’t let friends skip leg day!) to really fire up your metabolism and work those large muscles – and bootay! 

 

Your second workout is all about getting that heart rate up and working on your cardio. This will get you warmed up, breaking a sweat and burning through your energy. 

 

For each workout, beginners complete 3 rounds, intermediate complete 5 and advanced… set yourself 30 minutes on your timer and smash out an AMRAP (as many rounds as possible).

Workout 1

 

Leg (& bootay!) Day Peach on Apple

 

Complete x 3 

 

20 x walking lunges

1 minute squat hold

10 x donkey kicks (each side)

1 minute wall sit

10 x curtsy lunges (each side)

 

Rest Grinning Face With Sweat on Apple

 

Next round! Boxing Glove on Apple

 


Workout 2

 

Cardio Fire Up Woman Running on Apple

 

Complete x 3

 

100 x skips

20 x mountain climbers

10 x walkouts

20 x jump squats

10 x high knees

20 x toe taps

Rest Grinning Face With Sweat on Apple

Next round! Boxing Glove on Apple

Done and done! Oncoming Fist on Apple
