You’re in luck, because our beautiful friend and absolute #fitspo crush Katie Dickens was kind enough to put together a workout that promises to get your heart pumping and booty burning (safely of course). If there’s anyone we’re taking cues from in the way of workouts, it’s this amazing woman, the founder and director of Dance Barre, who has over 15 years of experience under her belt!
