January was such an exciting time for us because not only did we launch the new-look Move Nourish Believe Blog (yippee you’re reading it right now), but we also got to unwrap our beautiful 2013 MNB Diary for the first time. What kind of month would it be without a whole lot of inspiration… not a real good one because really, inspiration is EVERYWHERE. And it’s a tad evident that we love a good punchy quote that inspires and uplifts whoever comes across it!
In particular we would like to dedicate these inspiring quotes and words of wisdom to our Sporty Sisters, their families and the communities who have been affected by the devastating floods in Queensland. It is difficult to comprehend just what you’re going through, but we want to pass on these encouraging words to pick you up and help fight on. We are thinking of you all and are here to support you through this time.
