Spring is a funny season. It fundamentally unveils itself as THE season of hope and new beginnings. While it may seem like a cliché’ notion that change is synonymous with spring, as I stop and observe my surroundings, the evidence is clear as crystal. Breakups, big life choices, revamping fitness rituals and nourishing overhauls appear to be the reoccurring themes circulating right now. I’m seeing friends shooting into singledom, workmates guzzling cold pressed juice for a system reboot and big looming decisions that need to be made…. I’m beginning to think, this can all be attributed to spring.
Grasping this season with a tank full of positivity, and sticking to the spring theme, this month we’re all about creating positive change. Shining the spotlight on revamping your rituals for the better, locking down inspiring interviews with dreamers, doers and achievers to help you aim higher and simple workouts that are so efficient, you won’t have time to find excuses. Now that’s my kind of workout.

We worked super hard to pull this together, ensuring it’s everything you ever wanted and MORE. Read up on all the positive new changes, and prepare yourself for a 2015 that’s so amazing, 2014 will be jealous.
Get excited sisters, because we have a seriously sweet line-up of cool content waiting in the wings that I promise will get you excited about the aforementioned routine revamp. This month we’re kicking off the Lorna Jane Burpee Challenge. Yep, that little move, that generates BIG results! After all, it’s the little things you do that will help you get closer and closer to your goals. So, why not make October the month you challenge your fitness and push yourself a little bit further than you did the day before? A burpee will do that.
