Every week on the Active Living Program we have bonus workouts to keep you moving between your Cardio, Strength and Stretch trainer videos. This month your cardio coach, the amazing Brittney Kleyn takes you through your bonus moves.

 

Your first workout is focussed on your arms, strengthening your triceps and shoulders with some bonus core stability work. 

The second workout has a mobility focus, with moves designed to build strength and flexibility whilst also encouraging mobility and alignment.
