Arm Attack – 2 New Bonus Workouts are Ready For You!

 

 

 

Every week on the Active Living Program we have bonus workouts to keep you moving between your Cardio, Strength and Stretch trainer videos. This month, the luminous Grace Teale demonstrates each move in the stunning QLD Ballet Studios (thank you guys! )

 

Your first workout is all about dem arms. So get ready to do some flexing because these bodyweight moves are sure to strengthen and tone. 

 

The second workout is designed to help increase your mobility and stretch out the classic problem areas; hips, glutes, shoulders and lower back. Breathe deeply into each stretch and allow your muscles to ‘give’ and release in each pose. They’re tough but you’ll thank us wink

Arm Attack! 

 

Complete x 3 

 

10 x push ups

10 x tricep dips

10 x hammer curls (with or without weights)

10 x bent over tricep kick backs

10 x mermaid push ups (each side)

 

Rest Grinning Face With Sweat on Apple

 

Next round! Boxing Glove on Apple

 

 

Mobility Moves

 

Complete x 3 

Hold each stretch for up to 1 minute each side

pigeon pose

runner’s lunge

thread the needle

reclined butterfly (arms by side or overhead)

frog stretch

Rest Grinning Face With Sweat on Apple

 

Next round! Boxing Glove on Apple

 

Done and done! Oncoming Fist on Apple
