Hello 2018!! Can you believe that we’re already 2 weeks into the New Year!?
As we start to get back into our daily routines, it’s the perfect time to wave bye-bye to the holiday chill out and start setting our plans and practices for the year ahead.
And while it was fantastic to enjoy a few sleep ins, holiday lunches and days catching up on some reading (or TV binge sessions) it’s time to hit refresh and get moving on making 2018 your best year yet.
So, are you ready for the really good news?
We’re super excited to announce that next week, on 15 January we’ll be launching our ultimate wellness program… The Active Living Program!
We’ll be sharing more details about the program throughout the week (so stay tuned to @lornajaneactive and @ljclarkson for sneak peeks and previews) but in true Lorna Jane style we want to set you up for success…plus we can’t wait to get started!!
This week is your ‘warm up’ week, so each day you’ll have a Move Nourish or Believe exercise to complete. Each exercise will help you prepare to kick off the Active Living Program with us on 15 January, as well as give you a little taste of what’s to come!
The ‘exercise’ for each day will be here on MNB for you to download and will be available in advance, to give you time to plan.
We’ll also be giving you the opportunity to be one of the very first to sign up to the Active Living Program with a pre-release of Week 1!
