We love workouts that can be done anywhere, anytime and this Quick Fire Circuit is a great example of the type of workout that is perfect to do at home, in the gym or on your lunch break.
Why not set a challenge to complete this circuit with your family or friend fam first up Saturday morning to give your weekend an energetic start. And complete it again with your gym buddies, to warm up before your next session.
