Overnight Crunchy Cacao Oats





Kitchen novices rejoice! We have found the easiest breakfast recipe ever (yep we are calling it!). These bad boys are so easy, you can make them with your eyes closed, literally.


These Overnight Crunchy Oats are loaded with magnesium-rich cacao & nibs,  and oats which will give you a slow and steady release of energy throughout your morning.


Save yourself the hustle of making breakfast (or press snooze a few more times) and give this a go!


Serves 1

Preparation time: 5 minutes



  • ¾ cup steel cut oats
  • 1 teaspoon cacao
  • ½ teaspoon lucuma
  • 1 tablespoon cacao nibs
  • 1 tablespoon goji berries
  • 1 teaspoon flaxseeds
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon peanut paste


  • 8 raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
  • 1 tablespoon cacao nibs



  1. Combine all dry ingredients together, then add in the milk. Stir thoroughly to ensure everything is evenly combined. Put in the refrigerator overnight.
  2. Once set, add on toppers and eat!


TIP: We make our oats the night before so we can eat it for lunch the next day. The pudding will last in refrigeration for up to 3 days. To make sure your fruit is fresh, place on top of pudding just before eating.
