This workout is designed to help increase your mobility and stretch out the classic problem areas; hips, glutes, shoulders and lower back. Breathe deeply into each stretch and allow your muscles to ‘give’ and release in each pose. They’re tough but you’ll thank us wink

Hold each stretch for up to 1 minute each side
