How long have you been a trainer?
What inspired you to become a trainer?
From my own personal growth through health and fitness. I wanted everyone to experience what I had experienced.
What do you love most about what you do?
Being able to connect with like-minded people on a daily basis, I wake up loving my job and the positivity it brings into my life.
What excites you the most about the Active Living Program?
Being able to connect with a greater community, finally providing some of my HIIT workouts externally and having the opportunity to work with such an amazing brand.
I guess I loved exercise at an early age because I used to sleep walk as a child haha…
Half of my front right tooth is missing, I chipped it fainting onto tiles when I was a child holding my breath to try see how red I could go.
I once was at a party in Las Vegas when Joel Madden from Good Charlotte sat next to me and started chatting. It went on for sometime when he eventually said he played in a band, I went on to ask which one “Good Charlotte” he replied. I responded “can you sing one of the song,s I might know it?” he didn’t want to then his phone lit up and I saw Nicole Richie on his home screen. I quickly figured out who he was and couldn’t apologise more for my rudeness.

Go to motivation: (how do you stay motivated when times are tough)
I go through phases, when its good its great but when its bad I literally rely on my commitment to consistency. I’m big on routine and consistency, the unmotivated time barely lasts a couple of days if I stay consistent.
How do you Move?
100% HIIT Australia classes is my “go to”
How do you Nourish?
I am pescatarian. I only eat salmon and some white flesh fish though and am incredibly fussy on how it has to be cooked. Overall my diet is 80/20, 80% clean healthy whole foods & 20% relaxed. When I am chasing results (like after a pregnancy) I simply get tailored meal plans from our HIIT Australia transformation programs, which counts my macros.
How do you Believe?
I make being a good positive person just as much of a priority as I do eating, training etc… I try to make people feel good about themselves through bringing forth the little things like;
- great service
- a lovely outfit
- nice perfume
- hard work
- wishing them a lovely day
- appreciating them
