This AMRAP workout (As Many Rounds As Possible) is a great way to challenge yourself. Try this workout and make a note of how many rounds you complete, each time you do it … push yourself for a PB!
Let’s do this!!
AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible)
Set your timer for 5 minutes and complete as many rounds as you can in the time allowed.
Rest for 1 minute and then repeat twice more.
Complete x 3 full rounds = 15 minutes or work… that’s all! :)
10 Hand Release Push Ups
10 Jump Squats
10 Walk Outs
60 second Rest
On To the Next Round!
