Q: How often will I receive plans?
A: Your program and plans will be updated in the app weekly – but feel free to customise to meet your personal goals!
Q: My plan says that I need to do Cardio on Monday but I already have commitments on Monday. Can I do it another day?
A: Yes. The plans are designed to be a guide so feel free to make swaps to make it work for you. You can move, delete or replace any of your workouts or recipes in your calendar on the app to suit your needs. We recommend that you fit all of the primary Move and Believe exercises into your week for the best results.
