The Year of ME – WIN a Self Belief Workshop! *Competition Closed*

Why is it we tend to look at others lives and think to ourselves, “gosh she just seems so perfect!” but when it comes to our own lives our vision is often clouded thanks to little Miss insecurity?

From time to time we all experience this wrath of insecurity. Whether it’s at the gym, in front of the mirror, scrolling through our Instagram feed or a night out dancing with friends, us girls tend to have this uncanny way of making ourselves feel completely inferior to other members of the sisterhood.

It’s time for a change, to stand up to Miss Insecurity and prove that this fear of not ever being good enough just doesn’t exist. You know that saying “practice makes perfect” – let it go. In this world, there is no such thing as perfect. Everything and everyone has flaws; these beautiful quirks make us real, unique and strong. What practice does do is make progress, that gorgeous thing that let’s us uncover the feeling of just how powerful self belief can be.

So what we want you to do is consider adding a new kind of workout to your daily routine this year – an exercise that will inspire you to live each day with vitality, clarity and NEXT-LEVEL confidence.

We’re going to start by envisioning a few things we want to work on this new year. By starting with one small change, you will always be lead to bigger and brighter things.

To get motivated, we suggest you start by creating a ‘Believe Board’ – the virtual kind that will help you keep track of your best self. We are calling it THE YEAR OF ME. To get an idea, you can view our board here.

The key to doing this is to not get caught up in the ‘I wish’. By putting your dreams and hopes right in front of you, you are now accountable. Pin an image and write a short description that reflects its meaning. Bit by bit you will build up one beautiful outlook of your best active life and be motivated more than ever to achieve it.

TAKE PART & WIN…

Share your dreams with us for your chance to WIN a self belief workshop with our fit friends and incredibly talented dreamers, believers and authors of Spirited, Tara Bliss and Rachel MacDonald.

This is a perfect giveaway.. because I just did my 2014 vision board! :)

I’m focusing my energy on spending more time with nature, the outdoors, my puppy… and creating flow.

This is my board full of visions of my life… many from last year and a few from this year.

I also wrote about the process that I went through to create my board back in March.
